 KWH meter :

An electrical meter is a device which measures the amount of electric energy consumed by a residential, commercial and industrial purpose used.

- Each panel has Ammeter,Voltmeter and Watt meter in KWH meter.

Formula :

     KWH = P = √3×V×I× cos ¢

Block diagram :

The three phase power is coming from transformer passing through three core cable to electrical meter panel (400 or 415 volts) then three active wires or phases and one neutral supply to each flat or house.

 The three phase electricity meter simply measures each phase's usage and measure units for billing purposes the readings are summarised and prepare invoices.

Bills come once in a month, according to consumed of electricity⚡
