Basic of Control Circuit

 • Push Button :

• Back side of the P.B their will be elements.

Where it will be NC (or) NO.

• The OLR is use because C.B. will not have exact amper rating C.B will trip we don't know when it will be trip. So, we use over load Relay after C.B.

Selection of OLR :

For DOL : Example 7.5 HP motor

        7.5 × 1.5 = 11.25A

        11.25 × 1.25 = 14.06A

Therefore, select the OLR rating we have to take  direct HP to A rating

           7.5 × 1.5 = 11.25

 We have to take 11.25 rating OLR

8-13A (or) 9.14A
