 Switch Board :

                         Switch board are also known as Moduler board.

Standard Size :

                4 inch by 4 inch

                4 inch by 7 inch

                4 inch by 10 inch

                4 inch by 12 inch

                4 inch by 18 inch

One switch is called one module

In switch board their should be 12 lighting circuit as per NEC and for British 14.

    Module are 1M, 2M, 3M, 4M, 6M, 8M, 9M, 12M, 18M. (M- Module)

All  light pouch on 🧱 wall : 

Holder, Tube light should be located at 8 feet from FFL ( finishing floor level)

Switch Board :

     Switch Board should be 4 feet from FFL.

        50cm from door side.

Two way switch :

          2 feet 3 inch from FFL.

Power Point :

      Water filter, geyser, chimney are 7 feet from FFL.

Fridge :

    4 feet from FFL.

Grinder (or) Mixer :

    3 feet from FFL.

Door bell :

    4 feet 6 inch from FFL.

Wall AC point : 

    8 feet from FFL.

Bell Buzzer :

    4 feet from FFL.

All main switch board must have 5A socket.

All 16A should have their own control port.

Night lamp (or) foot lamp :

      9 inch (or) 1 feet from FFL.

Switch :

    Single way switch - It's has two terminals P(in) and P(out)

Socket :

  It has 3 terminal

1) Phase (Red, Yellow, Blue)

2) Netural (Black colour)

3) Earthing (Green colour)

Switch + Socket :

Two Way Switch :-

      It has 3 terminal, 2 are common, 1 is phase.

Lighting fixtures on wall :

Round closed sheet is use for holders (or) to close the Conduit way.

Holder :

 In which we fixed bulb, their are 2 types of holder :- Straight and Angular.

* Straight is use on sealing (or) stop wall.

* Angular is use on Normal wall.

Cealing rose :

Is use for fan, tube light etc...
